At Fitzkidz we design and produce highly-effective paediatric footwear that looks great, proving that not all corrective footwear has to be dull and predictable. As well as design input from our own team of Orthotists, Podiatrists and shoe designers, we work with leading Paediatric clinicians. We then commission fashion shoe designers to add the latest fashion finishes, colours and materials - the end result is stylish footwear that keeps everyone happy, style-conscious children and young adults, concerned parents and specialist clinicians.
The result is footwear that gives all the support that is necessary, with designs that are available in a range of colours and fastenings. Our footwear is designed to deliver a perfect fit, even when split sizes are needed – ( e.g. for patients who need to accommodate a splint ). All our styles, sizes and widths ( including Anti-Varus and Oversplint ) are held in stock.
Made With Quality in Mind
All the materials used in the manufacturing of our shoes are hard-wearing and practical. Made from durable leather and nubuck, our uppers have hard wearing soles and deep toe boxes which allow easy access. Removable moulded inlays give an optimum level of support as well as padded quarters and contoured supportive stiffeners.
Special Adaptations
All our footwear styles are fully adaptable, and can be modified with additions such as sockets, raises and wedges. All laced shoes can also be made in Velcro on request. All modifications are carried out by our experienced technicians using high quality materials. Please note, special adaptations must be prescribed by a clinician.
